Shipping & returns
- All our domestic orders are shipped within 5-7 working days, if the product is available in stock.
- 'Make on Request' orders are usually shipped within 2-4 weeks, depending on the quantity.
- You will be notified with the tracking details once your order is shipped.
- To ensure timely deliveries, please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a contact number.
**Please note that Weekends and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for shipping & deliveries.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- For Domestic orders, free shipping for orders above INR 1000
- Shipping charges may vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the final shipping destination.
Ceramic Products
- Due to fragile nature of ceramics, as a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- In case of any damage in transit, you need to notify us with an email within 24 hours of order delivery with proper images of damaged box and damaged products and we will replace your order. Contact -Fabriclayhome@gmail.com
- Before accepting the shipments from the delivery personnel, please check that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with.
Menswear and womenswear :
We accept returns only incase of wrong product delivery or if the products delivered are damaged.
You need to notify us with an email within 48 hours of order delivery explaining the reason for return along with relevant images of wrong or damaged products.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 5-7 business days.
Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are intact.
